Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply between On Carry Inc. ("we", "us") and you, in relation to the luggage storage and delivery services provided at Travel Hub Namba. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Items we cannot accept
We cannot accept: (i) live animals or plants; (ii) cash, securities, precious metals, jewellery or other valuables; (iii) fresh food, chilled or frozen items, or anything perishable; (iv) dangerous goods (explosives, flammable items, compressed gas, etc.); (v) anything prohibited by law; (vi) items that give off odour or may soil other customers' bags; (vii) anything else we judge unsuitable.
3. Charges
Charges are as displayed in store and on this website (tax included, per bag). Each additional day is charged at the daily rate. We hold bags for a maximum of 14 days. Payment is taken from the credit card registered when you place your order.
4. Recurring charges
You agree that the charges in section 3 will be billed to your registered card according to the number of days we hold your bags. Billing ends on day 14; you will never be charged beyond that. We notify you by e-mail each time. If payment fails (for example, an expired card), we may withhold release of your bags.
5. Collection
Please show the code issued when you placed your order. If you lose it, we will verify your identity using photo ID together with the name and contact details on your order. If someone else will collect on your behalf, please tell us in advance.
6. Bags not collected
If a bag is not collected within 14 days, we will contact you using the details on your order. If we receive no reply within 7 days of that notice, you are deemed to have abandoned ownership of the bag and we may dispose of it. Disposal costs may be charged to you.
7. Liability
If we lose or damage a bag through our fault, we will compensate you for actual loss, up to ¥30,000 per bag. This cap does not apply where we have acted with intent or gross negligence.
We are not liable for: (i) items listed in section 2 that were left with us; (ii) loss arising from the nature of the bag or from undeclared contents; (iii) earthquake, storm, flood or other force majeure; (iv) loss caused by a faulty case or lock.
We do not inspect the contents of bags.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not: (i) leave items listed in section 2 by misrepresenting the contents; (ii) interfere with other customers or with our work; (iii) act unlawfully or against public order.
9. Governing law, jurisdiction and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance. These terms are provided in Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese; in case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, contact details (e-mail and phone), information about your bags, the delivery address if you use our delivery service, and payment information. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and are not held by us.
2. How we use it

4. Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for any period required by law, then delete it securely.
5. Security
We take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information we hold. Specifically: (1) we limit the staff who handle it, (2) we restrict access to the devices and systems where it is stored, (3) we encrypt communications, and (4) where handling is outsourced, we supervise the provider. Where a provider outside Japan is used, we take these measures having established the data protection regime of that country.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete your information. We will respond in accordance with the law once we have verified your identity.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how the site is used and to improve our service. For bags you bring to the counter, delivery is ¥1,100 within Osaka City, ¥2,200 within Osaka Prefecture or Kyoto City, ¥3,300 to Kansai International Airport (per bag). If we collect your bags from your hotel, collection and delivery together come to ¥3,850 for a large suitcase, ¥2,750 for a small suitcase and ¥2,200 for a backpack when the destination is a hotel, and ¥4,400, ¥3,850 and ¥3,300 when it is Kansai International Airport (per bag). We collect from hotels in Osaka Prefecture and Kyoto City.
Additional charges
None. There is nothing to pay beyond the prices shown above.
The one exception is set out in Article 6 of our Terms: if we cannot reach you after collecting your bags and have to dispose of them, you may be asked to cover the cost of disposal.
Payment method
Cash or credit card. For orders placed via the QR code, the registered credit card is charged. Debit cards cannot be used.
Payment timing
At the time of order.
Delivery time
If we collect your bags from your hotel (collection and delivery are handled by the courier companies we work with)
Bags collected by 11:00 are shipped the same day. They normally reach the delivery address the same day. Bags collected after 11:00 are shipped on the following day or later.
If you bring your bags to the counter
The drop-off cut-off is 13:00 for delivery to Kansai International Airport (KIX) and 15:00 for delivery to a hotel. Bags left with us by the cut-off are shipped the same day. We still accept bags after the cut-off; they are shipped on the following day or later.
Weather and traffic conditions can delay delivery.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 3 hours before collection. Cancellations made in time are refunded to the credit card you registered; depending on your card issuer, it can take a few weeks to appear on your statement.
After that, the fee applies because the delivery has already been arranged.
Given the nature of the service, we cannot accept returns after delivery, except where the fault is ours.
