On your departure day, we send your bags ahead to Kansai International Airport — ¥3,300 per bag. Drop them off by 13:00 and they normally reach the airport the same day.
If you want to drop your bags and explore the city, storage is from ¥440 per bag per day, and no booking is needed.

A coin locker is only any use if one is free. The sizes that fit a large suitcase are not always available. At Travel Hub Namba a member of our staff takes your bag in person and keeps it inside the shop, so it never has to fit into anything. Large suitcases, strollers and golf bags come straight across the counter.

- There is a luggage scale in the shop. Weigh your bags before you head to the airport — free to use. (It is a guide; the airport's own scale is what counts.)
- Payment: you pay online as part of the QR booking, on your own phone.
- Next-day pick-up is fine — the daily rate applies for each day we keep your bags.
- Items we cannot accept: live animals, cash and valuables, and perishable food.

Send your bags ahead to the airport on your last day.
We deliver to Kansai International Airport for ¥3,300 per bag. Drop your bags off at our counter by 13:00 and they normally arrive the same day. We still take bags after 13:00, at the same price — message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether yours can still make it today.
Leave your bags with us the day before you fly, and your last day in Osaka is completely hands-free. Bags waiting to be shipped are stored free of charge. We keep them at the shop until they go out, and you pay the delivery fee only.
We deliver to hotels in Osaka Prefecture and Kyoto City the same way.
Note: if you just want to drop your bags off and go sightseeing, bring them to the counter for storage instead (from ¥440 per bag per day).
We look after your bags at the store, and a partner courier company delivers them to your destination.
From the moment you hand them over until they arrive, we can track your bags on our own system.
We give that information only to you, the person who left the bags with us. Please ask us between 9:30 and 18:30.
Even if delivery moves to the next day or later, we do not charge extra.
If a delay looks likely, we will contact you ourselves as soon as we know.

- At Kansai International Airport, your bags are waiting at the JAL ABC counter in Terminal 1, International Departures (4F). It is behind check-in counter “H”, open daily 6:30–23:00. Terminal 1 has another JAL ABC counter at Arrivals (1F), but we hand bags over at the 4F counter only.
- The table above is for bags brought to our counter. Prices are per bag, tax included. Scan the QR code in the shop to book.
- We can also collect your bags from your hotel. Those prices are different — see the table below.
We can collect your bags from your hotel.
Leave your bags at your hotel's front desk and we handle the rest: a courier we work with collects them and delivers them to your hotel or the airport. Nothing to drag around after checkout.
We arrange the collection time with your hotel ourselves, so you do not need to wait at the front desk.
Bags collected by 11:00 go out the same day and usually arrive the same day. If they are collected after 11:00, they go out the following day or later.
We collect from hotels in Osaka Prefecture and Kyoto City.

- All prices include tax, per bag.
- Collection and delivery are both included in this price. There is no separate pick-up fee.
- If you bring your bags to our counter yourself: ¥1,100 within Osaka City, ¥2,200 within Osaka Prefecture or Kyoto City, ¥3,300 to Kansai International Airport (per bag, tax included).
- At Kansai International Airport you collect your bags at the JAL ABC counter in Terminal 1, Departures (4F), open 6:30–23:00. There is another JAL ABC counter at Arrivals (1F), but bags can only be collected on 4F.
- Free cancellation up to 3 hours before collection.
- Same-day requests are fine if the timing works. Message us on WhatsApp and we will check the times for you. Booking the day before makes it easier for us to fit you in.
What the form will ask you
You book through Travel Porter, our own reservation site. There are four steps.
- Create an account The form asks for your family name and given name, your email address, a password, your phone number, the country you live in, your gender and your date of birth.
The gender and date-of-birth fields are there because the same form is also used for services other than luggage.
Please set a new password just for this booking. Do not reuse a password from another account. Once we have collected your bags, you will not need it again. - Choose “Luggage delivery” Three options appear once your account is created. Choose “Luggage delivery” — you can ignore the other two.
- The delivery date and the hotel you are in now For the hotel, you give the name and the address.
- Where the bags are going Another hotel, or Kansai International Airport. If the hotel you are sending them to is not on the list, choose “Other”. For the airport, the form also asks for your flight number, departure time, arrival city and ticket number.
